After holding trainers and wandering around searching for someone to help me out for 5 minutes, it became clear to me that no one on the shop floor was willing to come over to me (being engaged in conversation with one another) with literally 5 minutes passed in an empty shop I decided to leave the trainers I was going to purchase and go elsewhere! I used to work in retail and this customer service was simply shocking!
