  Poor service when attempting to downsize my car. Spent the whole afternoon with a sales rep who had give us figures at the beginning of our journey went through test drive and everything else some 3 hours later when we had decided to go for it the figures given at the start which we had been happy with somehow increased by around £70/ month.Then after having a chat with the sales rep and Manager they agreed to ring me back on Saturday for a chat as I needed to go and do family business ( rem.this was after 3 hours ) and guess what no phone call not even to say thankyou for your enquires but we could not meet the figure WE suggested to you at start of the meeting .Needless to say will not be back near Hursts Lisburn again .POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! Well here I am back again and this time to say a big thankyou to Nigel car sales and Andrew car finance for contacting me and putting things on the above matter right after a lot off hard work from both of them , although things didn't go to plan on our first visit they definitely have changed my thinking towards Hursts Lisburn good work fellows and Thank you for taking the time to put things right again. Thanks fellows Pauline & Gary
